    Roles and responsibilities


    The Reseller is developing the market and is the first contact with the Customer. The Reseller educates the customers to desire the Kindiedays mobile solution in their own preschool. The Reseller does this through online channels but will also meet the customer to build up trust and credibility. 


    The contract is signed between the Reseller and the Customer in accordance with “Kindiedays Service Agreement”. Kindiedays handles the technical setup and operation of the service. The Reseller provides the necessary support for the onboarding of the Customer. Second-line support will be handled jointly by the Reseller and Kindiedays depending on the matters to be solved.


    From the Reseller we expect


    • Strong sales and marketing capabilities
    • Interest to explore and develop the preschool segment
    • An existing company with contacts in the K12 education sector
    • Hunger for new products and services to expand the existing offering
