    Roles and responsibilities


    The Partner or Reseller is developing the market and is the first contact with the Customer. Educates the customers to desire the Kindiedays solutions in their preschool. The Reseller does this online but will also meet the customer to build trust and credibility. 


    The contract is signed between the Partner and the Customer per the “Kindiedays Service Agreement.” Kindiedays handles the technical setup and operation of the service. The Partner provides the necessary support for the Customer's onboarding. Second-line support will be managed jointly by the Partner and Kindiedays depending on the matters to be solved.


    From the Partner or Reseller, we expect


    • Strong sales and marketing capabilities
    • Interest in exploring and developing the preschool segment
    • An existing company with contacts in the K12 education sector
    • Hunger for new products and services to expand the existing offering
