All you need is a wireless internet connection and a mobile device, we’ll handle the rest!

Kindiedays Educator and Family works on Android and iOS devices. Manager’s tool can be accessed with any computer or laptop.

Information is stored in secure Amazon AWS servers, located in Ireland. We are very serious about the security! For example Samsung, Netflix, Nokia, Adobe and Nasa uses the same AWS cloud servers. Specific details can be found HERE.

We also take privacy very seriously. All photos and videos of a child are posted only to the accounts of the parents of the child. No one else can access this information without expressed consent being provided by the parents or guardians. All account passwords are encrypted for additional security. Please see our PRIVACY POLICY.

We have decided not to connect our platform to any third party services at all. This “sacrifice of possible features” is simply a choice of security.

You can access the child’s profile by tapping the child’s profile picture. Here you can change their group or location, read notifications or view their personal information, notes, timeline, daily report, photos or messages concerning this specific child only. Kindiedays Family works on Android and iOS phones.

Kindiedays is a tool for managers and educators and all the information of your child is exclusively in their use. We process the data on behalf of the preschool and we don't collect or modify personal data.

Childcare center owner, manager and educators. Everything is both password and pin protected.

Some Android devices require you to enable the camera for the Kindiedays app.
1. Go to your device’s Settings
2. Select Apps
3. Find Kindiedays Family from the list
4. Go to Permissions
5. Enable camera
Now Kindiedays is able to access the camera and you can take the photo as planned.

Using your smartphone:
1. Download Kindiedays Family from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Login into the Family app using your email as a username, the email address you got the verification link in, and the password you made during the verification process. CLICK TO WATCH.
You're logged in.

1. First check your junk mail.
2. Check with your preschool daycare center to make sure they've got your email address right in the Kindiedays system.
3. If it's correct, hit "Reset Password" in the Family app’s login page for a new link to verify your account.
4. If you still have trouble, please contact info@kindiedays.com and describe the steps you have already taken.

Double-check with your kindergarten – make sure you're using the exact email they have on file in the Kindiedays system.

In the application login screen, simply type in your email and press “reset password”. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

For some Android phones go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Kindiedays Family > Permissions > Enable Camera.

1. Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Kindiedays Family.
2. Make sure you've got the latest Family app version. Go to Google Store to update if needed.
3. Press Force Stop, and give it another go.
4. If the problem continues, go back to Settings > Apps > Kindiedays Family, slide over to Storage, and tap Clear Cache. Then, return back to step 3.
